Why Politics Matters.
My appreciation of politics was born from within the ruins of the ancient world, and lived experience.
The Ancient Greeks devised the concept of democracy.
The Romans created the design of three branches of government.
It was a gift bequeathed to us as a guidebook to civic life.
To understand power, governance, and political systems, we need to look back in Time.
Only then can we understand how crucial is the role we play within it.
Our ancestors knew this well.
So must we if a world worth knowing can be safely passed on to our descendants.
